Delhi Govt Bans Reels & Short Videos in Schools During Class Hours

The Delhi government has reportedly directed all schools to ensure that students, teachers and staff do not create reels or short videos during school hours. This order has been passed in a circular issued by the Directorate of Education (DoE). The Directorate stated that it has come to notice that short videos/ reels are being created on school premises for entertainment.

DoE has warned school principals against this and have advised school heads to strictly prohibit such practices during class hours. The Rekha Gupta-led government has emphasised that academic work, discipline or dignity of institutions should not be hampered by such activities.
