Bhavya Jain is a Psychology Educator, School Counselor, and Mental Health Professional dedicated to supporting both learners and educators. Her work focuses on integrating psychological well-being with effective classroom practices to foster positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.

A significant part of her professional journey involves capacity building and educator development. As a CBSE Resource Person, she facilitates Capacity Building Programme (CBP) workshops, collaborating with educators to explore contemporary pedagogical approaches, life skills education, and student well-being. She also serves as a Skills Trainer at the University of Delhi, where she mentors aspiring and practicing counselors in counseling skills and their practical applications.

Currently serving as the PGT Psychology and School Counselor at Salwan Public School, she translates these principles into everyday practice through student counseling, mentorship, and the promotion of a supportive school culture that encourages holistic growth and lifelong learning.
