She is a registered Ph.D. guide in Psychology and Management and a lifetime member of leading research bodies, also serving on editorial boards of reputed journals. With 21 research publications and articles featured in the Ministry of HRD magazine, she has contributed extensively to adolescent and behavioural research. She has conducted impactful workshops for institutions such as NACO, LIC, and several reputed colleges.

Her qualifications include a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, Masters in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Counseling & Guidance, and an MBA.
